In Apparel and Retail, we have a very strong network across Asia in countries like Japan, Korea and China. We also share a very good relationship with some of the largest Private Equity funds in the country.
Our unique strength in Private Equity Funding is the ability to close transactions from both Institutional Investors as well as from our large network of High Networth clients. This is a key strength which helps us to stay ahead of the competition.
We can do funding from USD 1mn to USD 20 mn from our Private Clients Network. For large funding requirements, we tap our institutional network and can fund upto USD 200mn depending upon the merits of the transaction. We are a full service Investment Bank and can provide services including accounting, technical and legal due diligence from our empanelled chartered accountants, domain consultants and lawyers.
For confidentiality purpose, we don’t disclose our transactions and name of our clients in website. However, if you want to engage us in any assignment, we will be happy to provide reference from our Investment Banking clients from India as well as abroad.
We are very cautious about the mandates that we take in Investment Banking. We want to be convinced ourselves before we take it to our prospective investors. But once convinced, we give our hundred percent commitment to the assignment and ensure closure of the transaction.
