In Investment Banking, we currently focus into few sectors like Retail, Textiles & Apparels, IT Services, Food & Agriculture, Hospitality and Real Estate. However, as we expand our team we will be covering other sectors also.
The core areas we handle are Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Funding and Joint Venture. We believe that in our areas of strength, we have strong competitive advantage which makes us unique and second to none.

Poran P Dass
Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Poran Dass is the founder and Managing Director of PRM Capital Advisors. He brings with him 29 years of rich experience in Stock Broking and Investment Management. He is one of the pioneers of derivatives trading in India. He has worked with reputed firms like ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd and Motilal Oswal Securities Pvt. Ltd. before becoming an entrepreneur. He is responsible for Investment Banking, Strategy and overall Business Development. A team of research analysts and associates report to him.
His strength is his relationships across top Private Equity Funds, Who’s who of Corporate India, Global MNC’s, High Networth Clients and the Government. He is a Felix Scholar and has done Masters in Finance from University of Reading UK and graduation in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

We firmly believe that only a company with values can pass the test of time. It is not possible to build a sustainable business without a strong value system.
Since we are in a business which has access to a lot of confidential information, we are very careful about the people we recruit. Also we are careful about the mandates that we take in Investment Banking. We would refuse a mandate if we feel it compromises with our value system.
In our wealth management business, we are careful about choosing our clients. We would like to avoid relationships where we have an iota of suspicion about the intention. We will not do anything which is legally and ethically wrong.
